Q: Can I get a loan if I have bad credit
A: Private lenders loan on collateral: value of the property. They
fund the deal, not the dealer.
Q: How long are your mortgages
A: Since we only deal with private investors, they want an exit
strategy in five years. So there is a balloon at the end of five
years and you would need to re-finance.
Q: I'm an investor, can I get a short-term mortgage until I sell the property?
A: Yes, email us, we have hard money loans and 60 month mortgages, plus transactional funding. Terms are different with different private lenders.
